It’s high time for pie time! In our Spring Pie Lab you will learn the essentials of pie baking. We will hone in on making an all butter crust, with a focus on how to achieve a flakey, sturdy dough that can be used for multiple pie fillings. We’ll practice our lattice-top weave, and mix in a delicious fruit filling. Flavor TBD…but it will be delicious!
