Companion Bakeshop is a dynamic, inclusive, and high spirited work place! Our shops are run by a small, dedicated team of people who are passionate about the highest quality food, coffee, and customer experience. Each position has something unique and fun about it, whether it's interacting with our local farms and community while selling at farmers markets, delivering to our wholesale accounts across Santa Cruz County, collaborating with Companion's diverse teams, working in our fun and creative pastry and bread kitchens, or being the face of Companion in selling the final product in our cafes!
