Croissant Basics: Make Croissants at Home ~ a two-day workshop
(This workshop is now open to Teenage students- Please join us!)
In this class we take you through the process of making croissants in your home kitchen. This is a two-day workshop to really dive into the multi-step process of making this beautiful pastry that we all love. Our very own Companion Pastry chef Mackenzie O’Toole and owner Erin Lampel will be teaching this class.
Participants will take home freshly baked croissants and hand-shaped croissants for home baking. We will cover techniques like dough mixing, laminating and shaping, while demystifying the process along the way. Don’t miss out on this workshop ~ space is limited and its sure to become a favorite!
